My Bio

•I am a Tampa native.
•Graduated in 1976 from the University of South Florida with a BA degree in Business Administration with Labor Law as my major.
•In 1982 I became a licensed real estate agent, then in 1984, I obtained my real estate brokers license and have been a full time broker/salesman since.
•My market areas are Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. (which is all of the Tampa Bay Area)
•I sell residential single family homes, condo's, vacant land and acreage, as well as commercial property.
•I have been a member of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors since 1982.

•I have also been on the My Florida Regional MLS Board of Director from 2003 to 2014 and Treasurer in 2009-2010, Vice-President in 2012-2013, President-Elect in 2013-2014 and President in 2014-2015.

•I was the chairman of the grievance committee for The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors for the year 2000 and Vice Chairman in 1999. I also served on the MLS Committee for the years 1999,2000, and 2001. I was Vice Chairman of the the Technology Committee in 2000 and Chairman in 2001. I served on the Board of Directors in 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2003. I was the 2003 Vice President for The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and Chairman of the Technology Committee for 2003. I presently serve on the My Florida Regional Multiply Listing Service board of directors. I also served in 2003 and 2004's board of directors for My Florida Region MLS. I was the 2005 Technology Chairman of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and Vice Chair of the MLS Committee.
